OK, got called out so had to research my info and as usual I was wrong. I googled state record crappie and this picture came up and I assumed ( we know what assumed does don't we ) it was a Texas state record. Turns out the fish was caught by Andy Moore on 12/15/13 while ice fishing in Nebraska. It's not even a white crappie, it's a black crappie. Fish measured 19" and released by Moore without weighing it. Fisheries biologist estimated the fish weighed 5 lbs. This came from a Field & Stream magazine. My bad on the post, sorry.

I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.
Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.
