Nice fish! Love that water! Did you all catch any White Bass?
Side Note: The White Bass Run on the Nueces is on! there are no white bass that far north up the nueces. That streach of river is around Crystal city That kind of looked like the Three Rivers area! Again nice haul of sunnies.

Thanx jagg! No luck here, it's all God's blessings!....that stretch of river doesnt see much pressure except from a few local baas clubs holding tournaments there. There is no bank access so yes i would say the bluegill fishery is untouched. We will be going back this weekend, hopefully we catch a few and will post if we do

Have you ever fished where the atascosa,frio come together with the nueces?

What area of the canyon specifically? I know all that canyon and can give some tips

Good post. I have fished the Nueces alot over the years all in the Three Rivers/George West area! Love that White Bass Run.
Again nice fish!
