I am looking for an RV park at Lake Fork that has annual leases and allows full time residents. Seems like so many parks only allow occupancy for a certain amount of days per year. Thanks for the help.

Check out North Shore Landing. They allow full time there.

Hangout Cove allows year round residency, only difference is you are responsible for your water bill. Hangout Cove is located right behind Fishermans Cove on Hwy.17 where it crosses Williams Creek.
