For those who know where Chandler is. The second stocking of 800 Rainbow Trout occurred this morning. Courtesy of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department. This week will be a great week for fishing at the Winchester Park pond.

It is a darn long ways from Paradise on the Rio

I went today (catch and release). Caught a bunch! Sorry, this go round was my light BFS JDM style trout rod with small lures. Fish were willing and would have been great on the fly rod too I'm sure.

Checked it out, Fishwfly, and I wish I had been able to make that trip. It is just a little over 20 miles away for me so I'll go check it out soon.

Hey! I'd also like your input on the River Park there nearby. Have you float fished along it before? It seems it might be a nice seasonal destination.

Brad
