Never been back to the "Pines".
So I hope you find a good place to stay and hope you get some results on here. Don't stay at Sue's though, lol. roflmao

+1 on LOP RV Marina and Inn. Nothing fancy, but clean and reasonable and good location at the 155 bridge

Well, these were very interesting. What I've been reading on TFF posts have been pretty much the same-in your truck or in town, but like to stay where boat is and from what I've read, lots of break ins also to boat and truck at ramp. Think I'll just not go there!

Lake of Pines back in the day "80s" was the place to go and then they built Fork, I know it's a ghost town now but you will like it if give her a chance fish

If it was easy, everyone would do it

I stayed at Castaway Inn right on 155 last weekend. It was a mice little place to stay. The cabins were nicely appointed

I've stayed at the state park, if you don't want to camp a lot of guys from my club stayed in motels that could accommodate boats that where only 5 minutes away from the state park.

Bullfrog Marina has small cabins that are reasonably priced. There's not much parking and the cabins are kinda girly, but doable. They also rent boat slips.
