Team Nitro is my guess. Interesting post and observation Steez, by the way, what boat do you have ? 
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.

Randy Howell! I laugh at everyone that thinks this will be a post spawn tournament. Conroe fish bed from January to May, its just what part of the lake they are in. I believe this will be won mid lake shallow cranking and shallow flipping. there may be some key fish caught deep, but I have fished Conroe for over 20 years and can assure you that there will be a lot of fish still shallow.

But, given that the team has KVD, Edwin, and a lot of other really strong anglers that have won, what, 6 or 7 Elite events last year....that is why I'd pick Team Nitro. Not due to me owning one.

Dave Lefebre will be one to watch for sure. Not afraid to run some gnarly stuff on Conroe, i.e. running up to Stubblefield. He's going to put his boat in places others wont consider.

I would like to say some of the guys listed above but they will also have their own armada following them as well fishing after they go. I like Todd Faircloth, he is a hell of an angler, and will have less traffic to contend with as he does it. I would like to see Combs, or Hack or EE again, but I feel pretty good about Todd.

If the weather is mild the next 6-8 weeks and the fish are in all phases of spawn, I think it can be won a lot of different ways.
Not sure if Conroe is a good sight fishing lake, but if it is then that opens it up to several anglers that have a keen sense of finding, seeing and being able to catch bed fish.

KVD on a 1.5 or 2.5 fishing shallow flats with stumps.
