Korean made reels are just fine IMO but I will agree with the China made [censored]. I love Japan made reels but they are usually mucho expensive. My favorite reel I own right now is a $300 (paid $179) Tatula HLC made in Japan reel. Smooth as silk and casts way way further then I need it too which is great. I use it for lighter weight baits since it casts so well. That being said I still enjoy the heck out of my Korean made Tatulas, all of which I have purchased at or below $100 which is a steal.

For that price break, Chronarch is a really good deal
