To be honest, I've never heard of it. The words resort and Tawakoni are not often heard in the same sentence...

I have never heard of them either. I stay at shoestring farms. Might want to check it out. The breakfast is freaking awesome

Never stayed there but reviews are good. Apparently owned by the same folks that own 429 Marina. Good idea to visually check it out, sometimes pictures don't really show the whole story.

I have personally never stayed there. A guy I work with stays there two or three times a year. He said the cabin are always clean and it has easy access to the boat ramp across the street.

I stayed there twice and had equipment stolen out of my boat both times. The cabins are clean, but they are tiny and expensive. I only stay at Shoestring Farms now. It is cheap, clean, and has a fantastic home cooked breakfast included in the price. They are great people to deal with.
