The jet skiers been out if the temp is above 60 every time I've been out fishing. I've been surprised at how many have been out on the lake this winter but it's my first winter on the lake so maybe it's normal.

I hope I can get off work to attend, never been to one before. Sounds Ike a lot of fun.

If weather is normal this will be spawn and post spawn tournament with heavy boat traffic. Could make offshore stuff difficult. I've seen them spawn early February. It's really anyone's tournament. If this was mid February I'd pick combs for the sheer number of piles he has located. Being late March I'd pick post spawn guys like a swindle or kvd

I'd like to see Palaniuk do well I've seen him out here at the marina in our subdivision the last week or so.

If I was betting I'd put my money on Combs or Ike, got a funny feeling Ike is gonna smash'em here on Conroe again.

I'll just be glad to see how these guys fish the lake. I have a love hate relationship with Conroe. I get no love, and I hate the lake.
