Hello hopefully im not wasting your time! I have the same setup and im curious as to what prop your running and what kind of performance your getting out of it roughly. Also do you know of any upgrades or aftermarket add ons I can do to get more fuel mileage out of the old Venom it LOVES THE FUEL. I am a fan of these motors even though alot of my competitors give me grief about it. I have had little problem with it for many years in service. My upgrades this winter will be a ported flywheel and carbon fiber reeds that im installing. That is why I like the motor very easy to work on if needed.

Thanks for your time. I also agree I think this thing should fly off the for sale lot for you. Priced low in my opinion. If i was in the market I would pay more for the setup. I have two boats one of which is a Champion if I could sell I would buy this in a heartbeat love the Cobras.

No sir, you are not wasting my time. However, I am not real knowledgable on your questions but happy to check those things and get back to you the next time I am on the water. I do like the prop and it was a Stainless Steel Power/Speed prop combo. It performs very good and have not had any issues. However, if you are looking for recommendations, you should call Steve's Cusstom Props in Quitman TX. I do not drive the boat at top speed and do get passed on occasion in Tournamnets. But usually it is those guys with 250's or mortified/bored out motors. I prefer safety over mass traffic during takeoff. I'll watch the RPM's and report back. Thanks and YES, I do LOVE my COBRA and wish I could keep. TTYL
