Yesterday morning was miserable but dad and I managed to get out on fork. Started slow but loaded 37 crappie in the boat by 2. Awesome day with dad fishing.

Fillet them like any fish, then cut the red strip of meat out. They're pretty good. Not Crappie good, but, they're fish!
