After looking at the sprays, capsules, lozenges, and oils, it looks like a majority of these companies offer about 1/2 of what is suggested/recommended for as much or the same price. 2000mg to 5000mg is what is suggested per day. And even that info comes from the Chinese herbal people.

My chiropractor suggested it when I dislocated my elbow. 16 months later, I still have elbow problems.

Thoughts on this supplement? Has it helped in the areas needed?

Thanks.

Just started taking glucosamine about 2 weeks ago. No noticible difference yet. But I did have an old Chesapeake Bay Retriever that I used to sprinkle powdered over his food.. after a couple months there was a noticible difference in his mobility.

Nope.

Just a vitamin regiment.

No pain killers or any other meds.

the very end it says: "Deer velvet contains multiple substances including the female sex hormones estrone and estradiol."

I wonder if it will make you moody and you will grow moobs. I hope not.

good luck
