Hurry, hurry, fishing season is approaching fast!!
Breckinridge park model in gated park at famous Lake Fork. Prettiest resort on the Lake.
Trailer is 40', 2001 Breckinridge, 2 slideouts.
Hardwood floor in kitchen area and hallway, linoleum in bathroom, Berber carpet in living area and bedroom.
REAL wood cabinets in kitchen. Large pantry plus plenty of cabinets is a plus for extended stays. Tiffany's (formerly Moser's) and Lake Fork Marina are right around the corner, Verona's and AJ's are just down the street so if you don't want to cook...
There's a large propane tank, just for the BBQ grill. Lots of deck, covered and open.
A/C is not rooftop, it's a separate unit. Trailer is all electric.
Lease covers water, trash (you haul to dumpster), lawn care(they mow the grass) and sewer, you are responsible for electricity, land line, TV satellite.
There is an antenna with both DirectTV AND Dish Network(HD) dishes mounted, so you know either are available here.
You're facing the lake (East) with a great view of the cove out to the open water.
The trailer is the closest to the boat house and boat ramp, easy walking distance.
Parking is wide enough for boat and two vehicles.
Some of the boat slips can accommodate pontoons.
The park is QUIET. There are kids, but we've never had to complain.
There is not another park this nice at Lake Fork. Lots of space between trailers, not stacked like firewood like most other parks.
This lot is huge, closest neighbors are behind (Where you aren't looking) and about as nice as you can find.
If you're asking, we bought another trailer here, so yes, it's a great park. I would not consider any other park on the lake.
call 1-903-474-3928 or 1-318-840-1368 for appointment. It's a private, gated resort.
Asking $35,500 obo
