If you can hold tight for a month of so, I will have a 2 year old MK 70lb with ipilot. I'm ordering a bigger one this next week.

I have a 74 lb thrust , 43 inch shaft, Minn Kota Maxxum that came off a Triton 21 foot , 2004 with 90 hours, garage kept, for 200.00. Its foot controled. I bought the boat and upgraded to Xi5. Sold pending pics and payment, I'll repost if all three fall through

I have an 24 volt Minnkota Maxxum with a 45" shaft that I took off of my 07 Skeeter Zx190 when I put on my Terrova with iPilot Link. I'd be careful about getting too long of a shaft - just something else to hang up on.
Right now mine is down in Richmond, but I can get it as far north as Bryan College Station. I'll take $250 for it. It works very well.
