My grandpa gave me some of his old fishing stuff and I thought I'd make a shadow box for it. I decided to just hang the lures on a piece of driftwood and mount the rods and reels next to them.

This is cool, you did good. I have my dads old Langley Fishing reel and a stainless rod. I got an old display case from my moms old grocery store and started an old Langley reels collection in it. i believe preserving our bass fishing heritage is as important as the collecting the new reels we have out today. Some of these old reels I can't understand how anyone fasted farther than a few feet with.
