I'm going to feed my tackle addiction by buying a new spinning reel and I'll buy the one that gets some good reviews from use guys.

Thanks!

Olsens (http://www.proamfishingshop.com/okuma-close-out-sale) in Fort Worth currently has a number of their Okuma spinning reels at close out prices. I have used the spinning reels and have found them to be as good as my Shimanos.

Sahara's also. Really any shimano gets my vote because they have Propulsion Line Management system, limited line twist.

There's usually a few similar threads a year.

The most frequently recommended under $100
Pflueger President (if lucky, sometimes you can get two for under $100)
Pflueger Supreme
Shimano Sahara
Shimano Symmetre

Another one to consider

I too like the Sahara and it is under $100. I have an Okuma and don't like it as much.

SW or FW? Pen fierce looks good. Well, new site sponsor Piscifun, I think, is a contender. Honor series is on promo, you can find the thread in Trading Post section. I bought a Honor 2000. Paired it with Ugly Stik. The setup works well.
Honor Series

Daiwa Fuego

I'd go with the Fuego. These reels are workhorses. I'm pretty rough on my spinning reels and I've put my Fuego's through the ringer. They show no signs of wear and tear. They're super comfortable and a breeze to fish with all day. Some spinning reels can be kind of clunky when casting and retrieving, but not this one. I'll go as far as saying, these are the best spinning reels under $100.

shimano Sedona has been a good reel so far to me! I like the 2500 size and I use it for dropshotting and other finesse tactics and it is only 69.99$ at tackle warehouse

I've been a big fan of Pflueger reels for years. I've never had one go out on me and the quality is always nice. The oldest one I have is around 18 years old and can still drag the fish into the boat.

This year I upgraded both of my bass rods with the President Limited Edition from Pflueger. Best thing I've done in years.
