I spoke with him back in August about some reels. I never found any amazing deals. I know he has new and used reels. No idea where they are coming from.

My next project is to put some ID markings on my reels.....under the reel seat.
What can I do on the rods? I used an electric engraver and put the last four digits of my ss# on the reel seat on the rods and under the reel itself. Local cops were impressed when they recovered 9 rods and reels that were stolen from me a few years ago. SE Kansas grass grower

What can I do on the rods? As much as I have lost in the past I have found that it makes no difference to mark them or not----None of what I have had stolen has ever been returned!!!

Funny for sure but what are the odds they only steal full grip rods? Who know but it's defiantly a good thing to post!
