I've never been before but was thinking of giving it a try. Looks like temps are dropping and going to be some wind. Are there places on the lake to fish out of the wind? I don't mind the cold but don't really want to deal with wind right now

Never been but have been wanting to get out there and try it out. Post how you do if you end up going. Sunday is my only day off for a while and it looks like it is going to be pretty chilly. cry Good luck!

Lots of places to get out of the wind, but you will have to cross the lake to find them. Doesn't matter which way the wind is blowing you will have to cross the lake to find slack water.

Plenty of fish to be caught, but the bigger sacks are being stingy right now.

Good Luck and be safe. I will be out there Sunday fishing the opening tournament for BLT

It got windy out there yesterday and we struggled to find places that were out of the wind and still produced fish. There are a lot of cuts and coves but you'll be in the open getting to them.
