nice! That was a great video. I caught a handful of nice ones today ripping lipless cranks through the grass here in Central Texas.

I stopped by my Academy today on lunch and they are trying to get rid of a lot of inventory. Picked up a Rat'l Trap lipless crankbait in a red color with gold stripe for just $1.98. Also got some other stuff, but I am going to try the lipless this evening after work in a pond here.

I throw lipless baits a lot. This video offers some valuable info. The part about different sounds or no sound is dead on. The right rattle (or no rattle) may change during the course of the day...tune your bait to what the bass are hitting best at that time. Thanks for posting the YouTube link to a really good video.

Seems like every time I picked up one, I get hung up...frustrating to say the least because I know its a good bait.
