Anybody eat at that BBQ joint on the Northeast side of 287 between Waxahachie and Ennis? Seem to draw a lot of business.
I'm glad there are wine drinkers in this world ..... it saves more beer for the rest of us. Hopper

Heard it was not the greatest but that was from some hill country bbq snobs. I have seen it fairly crowded though.

The crowded parking lot drew our attention, but on our first try, we decided it was not worth going back to. Brisket was tough and on the dry side. ordinary sides. The tea tasted like creek water and how do you mess that up?? They do have live entertainment, the day we were there. It got a lot busier as the music cranked up, so I'm thinking that might be their edge on anywhere else nearby. For the money and choices, Bubba's a few miles away on I 45 is a better choice if you are looking for Barbeque in Ennis.
