It hasn't been just super easy for me but still good winter fishing! Monday we got 14 to 11# Tuesday was pretty good released 9 nice big overs and kept some for their fry Today was a grind though 14 again but worked way harder for em No dead sticking no shad just beating structure and keeping a hook in the water

Thanks Chris. It will be nice when the winter pattern straightens out and we don't have to grind it out so much. No matter what,no fish at all is 100 xs better than staying home or going to work!

For "grinding" those are real nice stripes! To bad we can't catch them like crazy everyday! But that is fishing. You don't know how good it can be.... if you are not on the water casting!
Happy New Year Chris and Striper Express!
The best gift you can give an angler is to put a good fish back in the water, and who knows if the fish that you just caught isn't someone's gift to you? Lee Wulff, Sport Fisherman

Hey Chris, nice group of fish you got there, congrats! This last Monday (2nd)was the first time since October that I have been out on Big Tex. We caught nice fish consistently all day long. The weather that day was fantastic and just great to be on the water! After this week we may get in a winter pattern!
