 Anyone recommend an electronics guru for Twak?

After searching it seems that Slade only does Fork. I need someone to dial in and teach me on Twak. Got a Helix 10 SI and the tritoon is at Tawakoni Marina. The last graph I had took paper lol. I wasn't good using it either. Who would be the best guide for a teaching ( and hopefully deadsticking or big blue catching ) trip? Putting this here and the catfish section since those are my favorites.
