Wondering if anyone has some pointers on which hotels in Granbury cater to the tournament guys...

Ample parking for truck & boat
Well lit parking lot
Outside power drops for recharging overnite

I've always day tripped it from the metro-plex but will be fishing for a couple of days in the upcoming weeks and looking for some insight/guidance and maybe just as important... which hotel properties to stay away from...

Any suggestions welcome

Surprisingly, for being a lake town, not really. The Hilton has the bigger parking lot and it's well lit. It gets a lot of traffic, both car and foot, especially if there's something going on at the adjacent convention center or downtown. Not sure about the power drops.

You might want to try AirBNB or VRBO. Get you a small place on the water with a dock.

I went and checked while I was going through town. No drops at the Hilton or Plantation Inn. The Convention Center parking lot off the Hilton does have drops on the light poles, but the parking may or may not be available due to events.
