Fished Eagle Mountain this morning, caught six total four of which were keepers. Here is a pic of a 4.1lb I pulled in (biggest of the morning). All fish were caught on t-rig 4ft-6ft of water. Water temp 47-48.

Nice job Jackson. Glad you had some fun. I have been stuck here wrapping Christmas presents until my fingers are raw. Now if it was from lipping fish all would be good.

Nice job Jackson. Glad you had some fun. I have been stuck here wrapping Christmas presents until my fingers are raw. Now if it was from lipping fish all would be good. Thanks! I only have a few more to wrap myself. Hopefully I can get back out next week. Maybe a different lake. Have a good one!

South end or North end? Nice fish! Thanks! Northish... west side of the lake just north of the island, East side of lake just south of island and caught a few by pelican ramp.

Very nice.. haven't been on EM in a month or so... ready to get back out there! Boat ramp is only 1/2 mile from my house. Just tough not to drive out to squaw this time of year. Would like to head out to Monti or Fair for a day trip soon too!

I've done so bad out there this year that I have been going to Worth instead. Might have to hit it up again. GROD if you ever need a back seat for Squaw let me know wouldn't mind going out to Monti either.

My opinion, EM is a fishery where you can fish the way you prefer... shallow, mid-depth, or deep... I personllay prefer that 1-10 foot range... fishing beats working anytime though!

I just can't seem to find decent pattern on them this year and sized seemed smaller than normal for Eagle Mountain I agree GROD. Jacksonmj, the only pattern I have found the last few trips is the end of docks at the 6-8ft range. Never got a hit on anything deeper and felt like perch anything shallower.

take you a 5-7ft diving jerkbait and work it past the end of the docks, I bet you will put more numbers in the boat. This is the one I have been having luck on lately!

yes sir that is one of my new gizzard patterns will have some available for sale at fun n sun tackle show, ai have been testing them out lately and have been catching some really good quality fish on this pattern.
