I have been to Caddo a few times but not in winter, it is weird at the best of times but those winter scenes are really eerie. Nice Chain Pickerel? you guys caught.

Awesome pics! Caddo is definitely another world. I've been in my boat, but never in the kayak. Looks like a great time!

It's definitely a good place to fish for pickerel in the winter.

great pictures. Trying to paddle in that salvinia feels like paddling on sand.

It was *so* much better before that mess infested the lake. You used to be able to paddle effortlessly anywhere you wanted, just gliding between the cypress trees. Not so much anymore.
