Anyone have feedback on the G Loomis E6X rods? I have a friend with a couple for sale (Med Hvy Mod Fast and Heavy Fast) that I may pick up for fishing frogs, drop shots and crankbaits. Any feedback is appreciated.

I tried one, didn't like it as much as a few other rods I have (phenix, falcon, Dobyns) so I sold it. For the money its a solid rod, I just preferred the others. Coach

I have 2 8 ft. MH rods that I use for heavy freshwater applications - reds and catfish. I don't use them with artificials.

They have held up well and I give them the thumbs up.

Best rod I've owned so far. Handled a 40 pound catfish and an 11 pound bass. Down right sensitive and rips lips
