Update: Motor has just been rebuilt (after losing #2 cylinder) and is running good. Still in break in period.

Humminbird 1198 at console.
Lowrance HDS5 up front.
Minn Kota Fortrex 101
Loc-R-Bar
Audio System with 4 speakers
Recessed trolling motor tray

Seats completely re-upholstered last year.
Completely new brake system on trailer in 2014.
Lower unit rebuilt and new seals in 2014.
New trim unit seals in 2016.

Power push pad is starting to act up some, so it may need to be replaced with rocker switches.

Asking $19,000

Who did the rebuild? What caused #2 to go down?

We did, XTreme Marine of N. Texas

The failure was caused from #2 injector wire pulled loose from the plug going into the ECM.

This is a clean boat, ready to fish

Absolutely

When the build is within "Factory Specs" it'll last.

This particular Yamaha was "spot on" on bore specs, piston OD specs, and correct piston to wall clearance. We installed a new sleeve, new Yamaha piston (not after market) and new rod bearing. Honed the other 5 bores, new rings and gaskets, had the injectors cleaned and flowed, new prong on the wiring harness, verified the ECM (diagnostics were performed via lap top and Yamaha software), made a few pulls on the Dyno after an hour of run time and she makes an easy 225hp

Did you replace the other rings on the other 5 pistons? Or just the bad one.

That is a sweet deal on an under $20K boat. If i were in the market I'd grab this one quick. GLWS.

Thanks for the info! Any way you can guesstimate the cost of rocker switch panel upgrade?

It's a good deal. I looked at it yesterday because its near my house. Clark3 you really oughta consider this one if youre looking for a tournament ready boat. He has a man looking at it around 10AM for a lake test today. Hate y'all had to stay in cove yesterday because of fog, but sounds like y'all still had decent bites.
