1/16, #4 double bunny and chenille crappie jigs. Nice action and a very slow drop with these.

Looks real good I keep these in all mix's but think the best is feather tail and rabbit body. Again great jig.

I have been tying a lot of zonker for inshore and figured I would try some of the 1/8 for up river crappie. The double bunny works equally well in salt or fresh which is nice in the bayous. It is very easy to tie, holds up well after numerous fish and has a nice thin profile when wet. I would like to see a pic of the feather tail with rabbit if you could Larry.
Thanks,

The last few time In have Tried a picture I got no pictures. But see if I can tomorrow. Using A marabou tail just tie the rabbit like chenille. What the deal is here is pick the best for each jig, and for moving water I like the smaller southern buck tail as it is softer than the good long buck from up North. I have never ben a big fan of hackle but sure it would work the same. I have chemo most of the coming week so will see how things work out. What most tiers do now on the all hair jigs, is at the front where a lot of people use the thread as the neck. See if you can get To hole a two or three rounds of chenille as a place for them to use scents. used on hair it will make it hard and not work right.
