I want to catch a 8# plus fish
Make a lure I have had drawn up for along time
Learn 2 new techniques I don't use much swimbaits,wacky Worm
"Be willing to throw where others won't and you'll catch fish others dont"

My 2017 goal is to win a BFL or ABA. That second place just made me realize how fast it can happen. I just have to fish 100%.

considering my husband and i started fishing march 2016, with all the knowledge gained in 9 months:
we want our daughters to catch their first bass.
we also want to catch a bass bigger than 4lbs.
go outside our comfort fishing zones.
maybe a campfire and eating some fresh caught bream?
my husband always jokes about how great 2017 is going to be since we now know what lures to use, how to use our lures, tie knots, cast, and where the bass are likely to be. but we still have alot of learning.

I hope to do more searching and not spend so much time on unproductive spots. I get into a rut of sticking to spots far to long and not trying to look to new and different patterns.

Step up the pace on resisting the urge to fish for 8 hours to get 5 bites.
Find more fisherman to go with me to Mexico. One trip per month would give me a great fix on catching.

Go for 19, there's already been a lot 14's caught. 
I am a Senager. (Senior teenager) I have everything that I wanted as a teenager, only 50 years later. I get an allowance every month. I have PU truck and a bass boat, I am blessed.
Conscience never acquits, it either accuses or excuses.

Learn how to better use sidescan on my Lowrance. I won't take time away from fishing long enough to use it. No doubt I would do more catching instead of fishing if I would take the time.

Make a mold for a soft plastic I've been thinking about.
Hopefully get my kiddos' attention spans to improve, so they'll fish with me longer than 30 minutes.

My goals last year was:
1. Catch 5 fish in each BFL. Didn't make it. I had one bad day.
2. Win a BFL. Didn't make that one either. My best finish was 17 lbs 10 oz and a 15th place finish. I was really on a good pattern but missed two key bites and ended up having to weigh in two smaller fish that I should have easily culled out.
This years goal is going to be to just have fun.

Catch a 6+ pounder And get on the water more. The birth of our baby girl cost me a lot of time in the yak this year. Silly kids
