Started taking on water in my '95 Skeeter. I have never had any work done on the hull, so I called my insurance Co. I ended up taking it to Charlies Fiberglass in Tyler. I got it back today and it looks almost brand new. They did fantastic work and I am so pleased. He made it so painless because of his many years of experience. Remember him, if you need your boat restored.

In my very first bass boat, an old 79 Ranger, very first time I ever took a boat out, I had my girlfriend back me into the water with the plug out. I was at the Joe Pool Marina, and TONS of people were watching from the restaurant. Never been so embarrassed. Boat wasn't hooked to trailer and started drifting off, I have never moved so fast as I did from the drivers seat, up to the front and grabbed the end of the trailer. Thank god that trailer had the side rail/guides that stuck out of the water. Very very very embarrassed, haven't done that ever since.

Anyways that's another story, curious what was wrong with the hull?
