I Pre-Fished Lewisville yesterday for a upcoming Tourney this Sunday...
I haven't been on the Lake in years.

We caught some Bass, but, nothing of any size to them really for a Tourney.
We are out of Tower Bay Ramp... Beings as its coming a flood on Sat., Tourney moved to Sun..

Anybody with any Info / Ideas on Lewisville...Would be Appreciated!!!

* Please just send Me a PM...

Thanks!!!

Flooded brush on points and the back of small main lake pockets. That'll give you a bunch of places to start.

Agree with flipping and pitching the 3.75 craw.
Any color will work from green pumpkin to okeechobee craw to black and blue
Horizontal laydowns have been good.

Cover water from the middle of the cove back,, deep wind blown pockets. Spinner bait or shallow diving crank bait. The last three times i went to the lake this pattern has worked very well. Lots of good fish and a good limit of keepers and good ones.

Roger,
the only ones of any size I have caught at Lewisville are right where the flats on the east side of the dam join the deeper water at the dam, just before the bend or on the bend. I have caught quite a few fishing the flats there east of the dam, throwing crank baits (there are a lot of isolated rocks there) but most are in the 1 1/2 to 2 pound range. The biggest ones (there where the flats meet the deeper water) on a green/red rage tail soft plastic. It has been 3 weeks since I have been to Lewisville but you can check it out.
