Any recommendations on boat trailer steps? Looking for a better way to load and unload solo. Thanks in advance.

You can try e-zee steps or bass cat or nitro but you'll need your I.D. hull number and see if they could do something for you. Good luck.

member here, olhipi, built a set for my trailer. They don't fold, but he did a great job and they do what I need.

I sure like those steps but I'm wondering something, I have a CC boat, aluminum trailer, not a swing away. When you are loading your boat sometimes it might veer off to one side and miss the front roller. Would it hit the steps?

If your boat is subject to track off the bunks when loading then that could possibly be a problem. My Seaark has a keel that runs the length of the hull and the trailer has a bunk on each side of it so there is no way the boat can hit anything but the bow roller. This is a case by case issue that should be looked at. It's certainly possible to cause some damage.

That shouldn't be an issue if the trailer is in the water at the right depth and the boats fits the trailer. Your bow should straighten itself to center as it goes up on the trailer.
