Went to Rayburn today and was on the water at sunrise. I caught several fish early on top water and several of those were caught throwing immediately to the spot a bass had just blown up shad (shad
Were everywhere). After that the wind picked up and the bite slowed down tremendously.

Hey JKib that's exactly what they were doing when I was out there earlier this week. Just curious what was the water temp? It was 67 before the cold front.

Saw 55 water surface temp in a place yesterday. Monterey has been open for a few months now.

Does anyone no if Monteray park has reopened? I was there a couple weeks ago and it was open. Drove down to the ramp and it looked fine.
