Maxxis. Discount can get em for you. Yeah 361, been reading reviews and they are good. They are made in China too. Amazing, does America make anything anymore ?

look at kumo they are load D rated and rated for 90mph. have not had any problem since i changed to these. pulling a skeeter21i

Marathons are terrible tires. I quit running them years ago.
Carlisle seem to hold up the best.

Well....I go against the grain a little here. I have 18" wheels on my trailer with low profile XL Z rated tires. Don't know if it a super great idea or not, but I've put around 15,000 miles on the set over the last year and a half, traveling at or around 70-75mph (or whatever the speed limit is) at times and no blow outs. The most important thing is keeping them inflated at close to max cold pressure. Mine stay at 45psi.
They are not car tires and they never need to be treated as such. The tires load carrying capabilities are best when set at max pressure. At least that is my understanding.

+3 These are trailer tires and Discount Tire has them. I have NEVER has good luck with any tire made by Goodyear.

The recommended air pressure for the Marathon's were 50 psi and I check them regularly, in fact I checked them the night before I went fishing. I never drive over 65 when I'm pulling the boat, I'm usually going to Fork or Tawakoni and the max speed is 65 and only in a few places. I've just had it with Marathon's, too risky.

I've never owned a basscat but Rick Pierce has been very vocal about why his company puts passenger tires on boat trailers. Do a Google search for " basscat trailer tires " and read some of his comments. He has used all the marathons, Carlisle and Maxxis over the years but all new Bass cats come with radial Cooper passenger tires.
