Flounder are turning up in higher numbers...temps have dropped. Good Luck

Sources say the Flounder Run Is On....and most likely will peak in about two weeks. Bites and catches have been strong along the Shorelines of Pelican island, GYB, and SWP. A lot of folks are using soft plastics for bait. No mention of colors but IMO they are of the Flashy Variety.....Red/White, New Penny/Chart Tail 4" Gulp Shrimp imitations etc. Most Flounder hang around Pilings and Structures, and Jetty and Rocky areas. No word on Bait supplies.

thanks. can't help but feel like there are thousands of flounder slipping by me because this weather has me locked up. i can just see em sliding along on the bottom of the channel.
