I'm no fan boy, I have owned GM, Ford, and Dodge. Currently own a ford and a dodge, but will always buy the product I think is best for me. I would never factor in a dirty cluttered waiting area into the decision.

You glossed right over "really, really poor service" from my "two nearest Ram dealers" in a previous post. It's not just about a dirty facility, but that does reflect the overall lack of care the dealers have for their customer. I do my own regular maintenance and don't need service very often, but when I do, or when I have a warranty concern, I expect courteous, professional attention. Had I relieved that, I'd have probably bought another Dodge. It all goes
into the equation.
