If you could only have 1 fish on the menu for your last supper, would crappie be your choice? Or, would you choose another?

I would go with Crappie with White Bass and Bluegill being a close second!

My last supper would be fried backstrap, grease gravy with onion, rice, green beans and biscuits... crappie for lunch though.
