Talked to a buddy of mine today and he told me that thieves stole gas from his truck. He was at the 6 mile boat ramp at Toledo. Upon further inspection, they crawled underneath his truck and drilled a 1" hole in the side of his tank. Then drained the gas out with a Georgia credit card! { a hose - for those who don't know} It's just crazy what these low life's will do to get something. Luckily he had enough gas to get home.

Wow. Drilled a hole when they could open 99% of gas caps with a screwdriver? Am I using the wrong method to steal gas?

Wishin' I was fishin', and dreaming of beer

Hummm, sounds like time to put a plot watcher in da woods when you go fishin.

Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.

Teach a man to fish, he will sit in a boat all day and drink beer.

I would be afraid to drill a fuel cell , curiously how did they get the fuel out , with a pump ?when times get bad and it's near holidays people get desperate I guess . About four years ago we had thieves steal gas out of boats in the slips . My neighbor had 60 gallons stolen .

Gas is cheap now though. I could see if it were back around $4/gallon.

I lived in Kansas years ago and that was a big problem in the mall parking lots, They pull up beside a car or trunk and get under drill the hole and drain into a oil pan(the kind you use to change your oil) and just keep changing it out as long as they can and if anybody comes for that car they just drive off and leave the pan under the car.
