Does anyone have a recommendation for a replacement plate or gimbal mount for flush mounting a sonar / GPS on the front deck of a Phoenix 619 Pro? I currently have a Humminbird 798c up front and I'm wanting to go to a larger screen and possibly replace the flimsy plate that came from the factory.

They have the "Phoenix mounts", or you could get a Deck-It or a Precision, as posted above ^^

I made my own for the console, could do the same for the front but I only have an HDS7 up front so it fits flush mounted. I took the grey plastic piece it comes with and had a piece of aluminum cut to match. Drilled all my holes and got it mocked up like I wanted then had it powder coated.

Are the black fasteners just caps on phillips head screws?

Are the black fasteners just caps on phillips head screws? It came with screws there from the factory. I replaced the screws with stainless bolts with big fender washers on the back side. I just re-used the black caps to give it a cleaner look.
