They were a little behind getting in the wireless game so they will be behind on catching up to the ultrex but they will get one out eventually.

They had better, their new X5 was a step in the wrong direction IMO.

They had better, their new X5 was a step in the wrong direction IMO. The XI5 was far better than the Minnkota version (Terrova) IMO. The Ultrex is totally different than either of these offerings too. Motor Guide will have something similar I am sure.

I think so too. That's why I ordered a fortrex even though I really liked my tour model on my last boat. Yep, I will keep and mainain my tour for as long as possible, if I had to replace I would be going fortrex also...

The OP was asking about whether Motorguide would produce a TM that compared to the Ultrex (GPS compatable), not a Fortex.....
