HEY GUYS AND GALES IM IN NEED OF A REPORT ON WERE THE BIG BLUES ARE IF POSSIBLE. IM TANKING MY BROTHER AND SOME FRIENDS OUT FOR A BACHELOR PARTY ON THE LAKE. I WOULD LOVE TO MAKE THIS THE BEST PARTY I COULD WITH SOME MEMORABLE BLUES AND SOME EATERS IF ANY THING. THANK YALL SO MUCH FOR THE HELP AND ILL POST PICS IF WE DO GOOD.

It's early on Twok to target big fish. Water temps are still in the lower 60's...we are running 3-4 weeks behind. If you guys are just wanting to catch fish I recommend targeting the smaller blues and channels. That is a slamdunk right now and everyone will get a chance to stretch the string. If you decide to try and catch a big fish use fresh bait and drift ledges and structures in 20-45ft. There has been a good mix of blues in with the channels lately: And...you always have the stripes and hybrid to fal back on...these were caught yesterday:

I caught this guy right at the dock when they were cleaning our hybrids. I think it was the exact same dock in the picture. I had never caught a big cat like that before. One of the best catches of my life!!

Not sure how to add a pic. We would like to say thank you to everyone that helped me with the bp trip. We cough a 62 lbs blue cat. Once again Thank you James Evan with whisker fish n and Michael littlejohn guide service and everyone else. Yale made it a trip to remember.

NATE30 - So you didn't fish by yourself and want with a fishing guide instead and you caught a 62lb blue cat? Just trying to understand how you did. Thanks, if you caught a 62lb blue cat.... wow....congrats!

Thanks, if you caught a 62lb blue cat.... wow....congrats! He took his friends fishing on his own and used the advice from the guide and boated a big blue.

NOPE ME MY BROTHER AND HIS TWO FRIENDS OUT HAVING THE TIME OF OUR LIVES AND GOT LUCKY WITH ALL THE INFO TO CATCH A BIG BLUE.
