 Black Friday Canyon Lake

Stripers seem to be moving on Canyon Lake. Water temp was 68 degrees.. Early morning found some smaller schools by deep water by the dam. They only stayed up for a short spurts. Caught a couple out of those schools.. They shut down about 9am.. Drove up the lake towards the river to check water temps. Sure enough the clouds came back and stripers were in my late spring spot further up the lake. Caught a few more out of that action and called it a day! Also heard some reports of a couple being caught up the river.

I appreciate it guys!! Lots of learning to do still, which is just basically more fishing trips. Not a bad thing.
