I fish the Salado a lot. It is horrible is some places where people have dumped their trash and beat up furniture.  Glad to see something is being done.  The Salado is a beautiful inner city creek that holds some nice fish.

Better late than never! Anything to stop garbage and trash on our inner city green belts is a GREAT THING!  Makes you wonder about the people who do dump their trash on road sides or by parks.
