Caught a blue cat 52 inches long 32 inches girth 11 inches between the eyes.what would he weigh.Don't know how to add pics. Sorry

I'd say around 60. I believe there is a formula that would give you a pretty good estimate. Maybe someone can post it here for you.

I found one for length but not girth. Length search said 76.7

Very much a toad. I have caught a 65 lb before and knew this one was bigger. We released him for someone else to enjoy. I need to get some better scales.

Get You one of these. You can buy them online for around 30.00 and they are honestly very nice and certifiable. They will weigh fish up to 110lbs. Blues told me about them several years ago and Txmedic033 told me where I could get them certified. All the info is in this pic and the address to a place where you can send them to and get them certified if you want is at the bottom on the certificate. They charged me 40.00 to get em certified which was pretty cheap.

Do they have to be weighed on land as opposed to a boat to be certified weights?

(length x girth x girth)/800 Puts that fish at 66lbs. It''s not 50... regaurdless though it's a nice fish...
