Payout isn't everything. Big money and exorbitant entry fees tend to bring out the [censored] hole in people. Some folks still enjoy fishing without losing their heads and wallets if they have a bad day. Building a circuit on a budget-minded model is becoming uncommon these days. I hope it sticks and they have success for several years. There are plenty circuits around for folks who want to spend lots of money.
