Welcome to the forum and congratulations on living near the best white bass lake in the great state of Texas! Striper fishing in the lake took a hit from the last couple years of flooding but we had a big influx of hybrid from lakes further up the trinity river.
Very true Chris. Ray Hubbard, IMO, lost a huge amount of premium quality stocked hybrids, stocked by RHSA and by TPWD, during the great flood of 2015. Lavon had all her gates opened and same as hubbard, for about three months. Hubbard was a "river" for three months.

Was very disappointed by that. RHSA raised good amount of money and we stocked almost 100k large hybrid fingerlings in two stockings. But glad folks down stream get to enjoy catching them. So I guess it's good to be downstream sometimes?

There are still some good fish left on hubbard. But not like years before the flood. IMO.
