 winterizing question

I have an I/O and not waiting to get a complete winterization done yet . Was wondering if filling a 5 gal bucket with RV antifreeze and hooking up the motor muffs to pull into the motor , if this would be good for the few cold nights we have here in ft worth.

Just buy a bielge heater for a 100 bucks and not worry about it.

I have a new in the box bilge heater i sell for 75.00 Does this run off 12v or 120v? my dad is also looking for a heater for his house boat that is kept in a slip.
