I have a Navionics chip in my Helix units. Is there a way for me to manage and name the way points from my computer? I plug the chip into the computer and the only thing I'm able to do is download updates.

Waypoints are NOT on the map card. They are in the unit's memory.

IF you registered the Helix you will have a waypoint management computer software in your account--HumminbirdPC. Download and install it.

To get your waypoints to the computer, you EXPORT them to a blank memory card and then load them to the software.

Has anyone been able to download HumminbirdPC on a Mac? I can't find a version compatible with my Mac.

There is no Apple version of HumminbirdPC.
To run that on a Mac you need Parallels to mimic PC.
