They just dumped 4000 trout in my local lake it is 35 acres. 3000 of them are 6 in or smaller. They are gonna do this 5 more times before April. The bass should be fat by April. I'm gonna go tomorrow throw a Huddleston and a jerk bait and wake bait. They will be smashing them tomorrow. I caught my pb on this lake in April 9.72. I've hooked bigger 2 times failed to get to the boat. Can't wait to get up in the morning

Last year they put 750 catchable trout in 8-10inches I was there in my boat. It didn't catch any fish the next day I drove by after work and you could see bass pounding them. A guy I know said he was there caught 2 fish 8.5 couples sixes. He said he was sitting on a drop off watching them come up and slam them as they swam over them. I will be throwing hudd and jerk bait over those drop offs.

Get you a big ol shallow jointed plug and hold on. They used to dump what we called "planters"..6-10 inch trout on the west coast. The big stripers and largemouth would DESTROY big plugs about an hour after the truck left. It was like a dinner bell to them.
