Here is a video of my second day of fishing the Tournament of Champions (TOC). Day one was a huge disappointment for me as I left small, but measurable fish to find bigger fish before I had my limit. My mindset was I went into this tournament fishing for 1st not 25th and these 14-16 inch fish were not going to even get me in the money. So on day 2 it was all about finding some virgin waters and I think I did that. When we got back to the cabin after day one I decided to empty my crates and front hatch and only take the bare necessities and just have fun fishing how I like to fish. I took the ole Pro Angler 14 bout 3 miles north of the 515 bridge and found some lily pads and put the micro power pole down and went to work. I pitched a zoom sapphire blue speed craw (and white), a couple frogs and that is all I used all day and had an absolute blast. Had a bunch of frog catches, but only about 11 inch average in size. I only got one frog bite in the frame as I was casting to one side of the yak and back and forth and forgot to turn camera around.
Overall I had a great time and ended up in 25th place out of 120+. I will definitely try to make this tournament again next year. Hope you all enjoy. Hit the like, subscribe button and share if you do.
